Ultra Company upgraded common areas throughout this three-story commercial office building including elevator and office lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Upscale finishes such as custom mahogany wall panels, Karastan carpets, and modern lighting sconces took this building from tired and outdated to modern, chic, and welcoming to tenant businesses and their clientele.
