Upgrade a 4-level parking garage in a Class A commercial building with color coordinated parking levels, for increased safety and a brighter appeal for the tenants.

Cover floors and install plastic barriers along all open sides of the garage to prevent spray drift to the outside of the property and damage to the concrete floors.

Project Solutions

Power washed, primed, and painted 400,000 square feet of surface area including: ceilings, walls, columns, sprinkler pipes, doors and frames, railings, and stairwells.

Painted walls and ceilings with an exterior acrylic latex semi gloss paint. All metal components were painted with an industrial acrylic latex direct to metal paint.

Re-striped the entire parking garage including curbs, symbols, and parking spaces.
