Project Assessment

Renovate multiple dark, outdated laundry rooms throughout the property, making them clean, bright, functional, safe, and inviting for tenant use.

Project Solutions

Ultra Company demolished the framing and cinder block walls of the existing laundry rooms as needed to prepare for the installation of new tempered glass-wall storefronts. Outdated acoustical ceilings, ceiling light fixtures, and wiring were removed and replaced with freshly-painted concrete ceilings and bright, modern fixtures.

New epoxy flooring was applied after the old vinyl tiles and glue were stripped away, and the floors were meticulously cleaned and grinded in preparation to ensure perfection of the new materials. With all of these changes, the walls and ceilings primed and painted, and the new storefront installed, these common areas underwent a dramatic and impressive transformation.
